With one legged rowing I’m still struggling to get the exertion on push off. However I’m much more stable without wobbling everywhere.
I’d started to experience some pain with my shoulder. It turns out I’m trapping a nerve in my neck, probably as I’m starting to relax about keeping good dynamic sitting.
It seems that in general my right side is weaker. This has played everywhere in my neck, hips and knees of course. I need to try and be aware of keeping my right side strong.
