KNEE PAIN NOT FROM BAD KNEES #7

With one legged rowing I’m still struggling to get the exertion on push off. However I’m much more stable without wobbling everywhere.
I’d started to experience some pain with my shoulder. It turns out I’m trapping a nerve in my neck, probably as I’m starting to relax about keeping good dynamic sitting.
It seems that in general my right side is weaker. This has played everywhere in my neck, hips and knees of course. I need to try and be aware of keeping my right side strong.

Homework update: Neck stretches, more neural flossing and some core strengthening videos

If my problem was a 100 when I first saw John,  I would now say it’s 50. What a success!

With the improvement I started extending my work out program to doing youtube workout videos. With a video aiming to increase ab and core strength I realised my right side is definitely weaker.

With inspection I have new exercises to do: the pilates bridge, neural flossing & crisscross legs.

My dynamic car chair set up seems to be paying off. chair set up old chair sitting properly
