About the course
This is an ALL NEW workshop style course for physiotherapists and health professionals,
from the popular originator of the "Pilates 1:1 programme" and Walk:Back
modules I-IV John Stephenson MMACP MSc SRP MCSP.
Presented exclusively to groups of 8-16 physiotherapists, the compact tutorial style allows for excellent hands on learning. Walk This Way!, brings together theory from the latest spinal stabilisation research (Richardson et al 2004) with the exercise systems of Joseph Pilates, adverse neural dynamics (Butler 1990) gait analysis and EMG recording. Those attending the course will rapidly assimilate a practical knowledge base, that can be applied to solving spinal health and mobility problems. The course content is highly applicable to many common out-patient situations and is provided in a format that allows integration into clinical practice from day one.
